ONLINE SLEEP SURVEY
(Seeking 18-39 year old subjects for paid research experiments from Spring 2013 through 2014)

Click "online sleep survey" link above to access short 5-6 minutes survey and become eligible for recruitment for compensated research experiments (this online survey builds our database of potential subjects).  If selected for participation opportunity, you will be sent a separate email invitation regarding the research experiment opportunity.  Two random drawings for $95 Amazon.com gift codes will be conducted in April 2013 from among all completed online survey respondents as an additional incentive to complete the online survey.
